If you looking for healthy food, shop here for your grocery items, but also a little known fact is how inexpensive their prepared deli section is. You can get an entree and two sides combo for $7. My husband and I are able to split the meal for lunch! Great deal!

We LOVE Surf Bagel! I highly recommend a bagel sandwich in the morning. Very filling! If you like "fluffy" bagels, this is your spot!

Since our favorite ice cream place went moved from Rehoboth to another location in Bethany, we use this when we are hungry for a quick fix. Pricey, but delicious.

You ordered from your car and they brought it to your car. No worries about a line, it moves quickly and there are lots of cows for the kids to watch as they wait in line. My nephew loved the experience and they have good ice cream!

This is a great spot for breakfast. If you love sweet breakfasts, my husband loves the French toast and I am a fan of their chocolate chip pancakes. They also have really good fresh made orange juice.

If you love The Starboard's crushes, but you have outgrown that atmosphere and you want good Seafood, we recommend Starboard Claw. The scallops were delicious and my husband got two meals out of the ribs! And of course, you need to get a crush, especially if it is happy hour!

If you want to complet the 15 mile loop, it is a great way to start or end your day as you wind through the woods, marsh land and Cape Henelopen State Park. You will go in and out of gravel pathways, sidewalks, streets, and on boardwalks over the marshland. It is a truly unique experience! Keep your eyes open, you might even see President Biden on your ride.
