Me and my gf like checking out thrift stores, there are some others on this same street, but I found more gems at this one :) Go west past Cahuenga to reach the NoHo Arts District.

It's a grocery store. I use it. Made sense to tell you where you could find the nearest one, right? There's a CVS in the same lot, and a pizza place and Yogurt Land across the street :)

Food Scene
Another nice breakfast place. Never too crowded. There's also some thrift stores you can walk to from here. The yellow building across from Andre's, corner of Florence, that one's the best.

Nice breakfast place. Friendly atmosphere, a little busier. My girlfriend and I like going here.

Definitely one of the sights to see if you're from out of town checking out LA. It's only a few miles south of my place, and it's possible to find free parking and take the shuttle all the way up :)
