It is a short walk or taxi ride to both stations, with fast access to London, Watford or Brighton & the south coast. Easily accessible from the M1, M25 & A1M, it is an excellent base for exploring Herts & beyond. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed & the other with bunk beds. There is off street parking for one car.

Adjacent to Fern Cottage dating from 1850. 10 minute walk to the Cathedral, park and shops, pubs and restaurants ! A 10 minute stroll to St Albans City mainline can whisk you to London St Pancras International in 18 minutes. Happy to recommend where to go based on 20 years living in St Albans !

PARKING IS STRICTLY BY ARRANGEMENT The flat is opposite a pub (closed as of Sept 2025). However we have very few reports of noise.

Little Knoll Barn is a rustic, cosy, self catering accommodation, offering a king size bed, towels, guest robes, slippers, also we can provide a travel cot & hi chair if requested. For pets, 2 maximum, we provide a water bowl, dog towel & disposal waste bags. We are located close to the M1, A1, M25 and Luton Airport. We are also conveniently near Harpenden Train station with fast links into Kings Cross St Pancras.

A peaceful and tranquil location with exceptional transport links into central London and surrounding areas. South Mimms, M25 junction 23 and A1, 5 minutes drive. Northern line underground station, (High Barnet) 1 mile away. Bus terminal at Barnet General Hospital is a three minute stroll. The annex comes with one private parking space and has its own entrance at the side of the main house.
