Just metres from Porthilly Beach on the stunning Camel Estuary, aptly named 'Little Tides' is a beautifully converted barn. The property is tucked away in a sought after cove location on the grounds of Porthilly Farm, just a short walk across the beach to Rock. This charming little gem is an idyllic coastal getaway perfect for romantic breaks, taking it easy by the sea or for adventurous getaways alike. We run a working dairy and shellfish farm and our oysters & mussels are grown in the estuary.

The Hideaway is a light, modern, one bedroom detached property situated on the edge of the sleepy village of St Newlyn East...yet only 3 miles from the A30 & our local beach, & only 5 miles to the lively bustle of Newquay. The downstairs is open plan. Above is a mezzanine bedroom with a seating area providing wonderful views. The property offers non-smoking, self catering accommodation with its own south facing, private, courtyard garden, surfboard/suit storage & off-road parking for one car.

The ocean view speaks for itself 🌅. With two beaches a 3-minute walk (Porth & Lusty Glaze), and many more a little way further, you can leave the car on the drive. The South West Coast path is right here too (1-min walk), if you fancy stretching those legs! It's so quiet around here you'll forget you're a 15-minute walk from Newquay town centre, and only a 8-minute drive to Fistral Beach. It's a perfect spot for families & couples. We sleep up to 5 guests (and any four-legged family members).

Tranquil in the summer and excellent for storm watching in the winter. Plus from the front there are views up towards St Agnes beacon. Little Halloon Cottage is based in Mid Cornwall and is easily accessible just off the A30 at Indian Queens. 7.5 miles to Newquay, a ten minute drive to the famous Fistral beach. 15 miles to Truro, 12.2 miles to Padstow, 14 miles to Lanhydrock National Trust property,25 minute drive to the Eden project. Indian Queens has good bus links to towns such as Truro,Newquay, Wadebridge, and is the perfect base for exploring Cornwall. Newquay airport is a 15 minute drive.
