There are two beautiful double bedrooms, one en-suite and a log burner for winter months. Private off road parking for one vehicle provided.

Hayle is well served by rail and bus, including links to the airport at Newquay, with sea and air links to the Isles of Scilly from nearby Penzance.

Swanpool Beach and the South West Coast Path are just an 8 min walk away. The famous 'Gylly' Beach and Falmouth are a further 15 mins along the coastal path.

This detached property is situated in a private road overlooking Porthmeor Beach. It is light and spacious with a large and very comfortable living area. There is an outside terrace with sea views. Parking for 2 cars in parking bay on private road. Bedding for 1 x double bed and 3 x single beds is provided - and 1 x bath towel and 1 x hand towel for each guest. Guests must be able to manage steps down to the property entrance and the hill down to the harbour area.

The comfortable accommodation includes a bedroom with a SUPER KING size double bed and en suite bathroom with walk in rain shower. There is a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living area with wood burning stove, wi-fi and TV.

The Lugger is a stunning property completed in 2023. Situated up a private bumpy lane, once through the gates you will be free from the hustle and bustle and a lovely quiet space awaits you with off road parking and a sunny patio. It is located at the bottom of our garden, but has separate pedestrian and vehicular access. Only a 5 minute walk into Wadebridge and Camel Trail, the town boasts some lovely independent shops, restaurants, bars and bike hire.

Located midway between the towns of Penzance and Helston each approximately 7 miles away. Ideally located to explore Cornwall. There is a pub, fish and chip shop and Co- op a 5 minute walk away. We accept a maximum of 2 dogs. Sky TV and sport and TNT sport available.
