The two story guesthouse is welcoming, well equipped (no TV), has AC, 1 queen size bed, 1 queen sofabed, is near Royal Ski Mount. The flat is right in the middle of the City within walking distance to all (i.e. restaurants, bars, bakery and shopping). Both brand new mattresses are dressed in new super soft sheets and have extra pillows for comfort. The bathroom is stocked with new Egyptian cotton wash and towel sets. The kitchen has the essentials to make meals on the premises during your stay.

The home is on the historical list. It is over 130 years old with beautiful hardwood floors throughout. It has character and charm. It is completely renovated with cable tv, and wifi. The attic is finished and has a double bed and single bed as well. The home is not childproof for toddlers. My home is 26 miles from Cooperstown, Ommengang Brewery and within one mile from the NY thruway. Lovely antique shops in town with places to eat in walking distance. No smoking inside. No pets.

The Homestead

Welcome to The Homestead in Little Falls, NY located just minutes off the NYS Thruway. The Homestead was built in the 1910"s . As you enter the home you will see the stairs to the second floor where the two bedrooms are located . To the right of the entryway is the living room to the left is the dining room, The kitchen is right off from the dining room fully furnished with everything you will need for cooking. The bathroom is just off from the dining room. A cozy little home to stay.

Our Moose Lodge is a four season rustic cabin (tiny house) located on our Mohawk River waterfront property. This cozy warm cabin was built using on site and local timber as well as reclaimed lumber. Includes full kitchen, full bath and loft with two full beds. First floor has a small couch that can be pulled out to accommodate more guests if needed. Smart TV sits above the large gas fireplace. Internet included as well as local channels. Feel free to use the BBQ grill.
