The flat and the whole area are nineteenth-century older period and it is decorated with furniture in such a way as to respect the feel of the place. The flat has 1 big suite with a king size bed that can be separated and have 2 single beds, 1 closet, 1 big complete bathroom and also a terrace to relax with exterior sofas. Then you have a living room (with a double sofa bed), an american kitchen, another little but complete bathroom as well another terrace to have the breakfast outside.

In these new area you have several museums including the Oceanarium, parks and restaurants by the river and a Casino. The city center is a 15 minutes ride by Metro. The apartment has a balcony with great views facing the river Tagus. You can enjoy a private parking with the option to charge electric cars. It’s a closed box with 2,1m wide door.

The property itself is very relaxing and restful, you will wake up to the birds chirping! The apartment is in a residential area of Lisbon and very peaceful location but still within the centre of the city. Next to the Benfica and Sporting football stadiums. Comfortable and near all amenities and transport. Supermarket is a 3 minute walk and the underground is a 5 minute walk with a direct line to the old town. Biggest shopping centre in Europe is 5 minutes away. There are very few bookings on the calendar because it was only put on abnb on 18/6.
