The house is located in the Hillcrest neighborhood - easy access to shops, restaurants, and bars of Hillcrest and North Park, the San Diego Zoo, and Balboa Park.

Situated on a quiet dead-end street with canyon views, but less than one mile to South Park center, two miles to North Park center, and three miles to Balboa Park and the zoo.
