It has restaurants, shopping, 12 screen movie theater, Improv, grocery store and more. Two parks are also within 5 min walking distance. You will find excellent dining in both Downtown Brea and Downtown Fullerton (highly recommended). My treehouse is great for couples, adventurers, kids, and furry friends (pets).

We're close to the Van Nuys Flyaway (easy access to and from LAX), and a straight shot from Burbank’s Bob Hope Airport (5 miles). Though still in the city, our diverse neighborhood is tucked away from the major roads, which makes it a bit more quiet. Tree-lined streets are perfect for the popular Sunrise and Sunset walks.

In the trendy industrial section of north hollywood u get the best of both worlds . Hear a waterfall from ur door under pine trees or 10 minutes to Hollywood Blvd. We have a lot of trees and flowers and there is some wildlife. Also we have a wonderful dog on the premises who loves people. Thank you!
