Come sit in the garden and watch the waves roll in or sit in the hot tub in the moonlight. 3 min walk to Beach, 20 min drive to San Francisco, 15 min drive to Muir Woods. My home is on top floor of building, completely separate entrance and living space. Designated parking. Private use of Hot Tub . No pets, smoking or big parties.

Featuring high-speed internet, a working space, vinyl record player, a small library, 4k tv with streaming options, a nice outdoor deck to enjoy with a propane grill, outdoor shower and three person sauna as well. Experience stunning nature views and serenity from a private fenced in property. Lookout or listen for the cute quail residents. Explore the nearby beaches, nature hikes and a tiny but vibrant downtown.

Floating Guest Cottage (houseboat)

Just minutes across the Golden Gate Bridge from San Francisco, the floating guest cottage offers the very best of the Sausalito houseboat experience. The main front room can easily accommodate small gatherings. Cooking in the complete kitchen is a pleasure. With two bedrooms, this is ideal for a couple, two couples or families with middle-schoolers or teenagers. (For safety reasons, no children under 10 are allowed.) This is a truly special residence in an unforgettable natural setting.

Nymph Studio & Gardens

This is an autonomous studio with private bathroom, but the only shower is outside. This is a small room with a partitioned off toilet and curtain. The shower is an enclosed surfer's shower with curtain outside behind the studio. The hot water has to travel a distance from our heater, so turn on the hot first & wait till it arrives. Also, you will find a red tub next to the shower, please catch the water in it while you are waiting for the hot water to arrive so we can pour it on the garden.

Midweek reset now available— April is filling quickly with solo retreats and couple escapes. A few midweek openings remain between stays, and summer weekends tend to book fast. Step into spring beneath towering redwoods where mist, birdsong, and a cedar sauna soften the edges. This remodeled, allergy-aware treehouse sits at the base of Mount Tam, with trails and wild air just outside your door. Dog-friendly. Reduced midweek rate and flexible arrival or departure times for this week as well!

Small cottage right on the beach. Very close to San Francisco - 20 min from the Golden Gate Bridge. Romantic getaway. Perfect for couples or as a quiet retreat for an individual. Wood-burning fireplaces in the living room and bedroom. Large deck and personal hot tub overlooking the ocean. Includes bedroom (king) with french doors, living room with pullout couch, a covered deck, and cooking area (see notes). Unwind when you arrive with a good book from our library and relax on the deck overlooking the many rolling hills of our breathtaking and wild neighborhood. :)
