Shared access to our swimming pool, tennis&basketball court, gym/yoga studio, equipped with treadmills/peloton, meditation gardens, walking paths and a sound healing dome. The Casita is a separate building next to our home. It's unique design with saltillo tile and natural stone kitchen gives it lots of character. You will enjoy a private bedroom and separate living space in this 1 bedroom unit! Less than half a mile from Orfila winery, and less than 8 miles to San Diego's incredible wine region. You will have a private patio with access from french doors in your unit. There is a bbq, firepit and pool in our shared back yard space, available upon request.
