Magical place at the lake with a 8000 m2 garden and 120 m beach/shoreline. Perfect for relaxing, boating and fishing. At the lake there is a pavillion with a remarkable view where you can enjoy the sunset. A boat and canoe are available for free. It's a very private and quiet location, but still perfectly located in Ryfylke with all its breathtaking hikes nearby. In 2020 the bathroom and hall was totally refurbished, and a fiberoptic cable was installed with a fast wifi-connection.

This spacious apartment is perfect for spending quality time. 15 minute walk to the trainstation, and the bus is just outside the front door. The park of Sandved is a short 3 minute walk away, which leads to the city centre of Sandnes or to the lake of Stokkeland. The bedroom has a double bed, and the couch can be slept on, in addition to an inflatable mattress.

Welcome to our colourful, green oasis by Gandsfjorden! Enjoy a peaceful and comfortable stay, whether you’re here for a holiday or work, for a few days or longer. The latter is moored a stone's throw away and is included in the price.
