The house is surrounded by live oaks, nature and tidal marsh water in the backyard. Litchfield and Pawleys Island beaches are 5 minutes away. The Marsh Walk is 2 miles to the North. Grahams Landing Restaurant is one lot over from us, within walking distance. Southern Hops is across the street.

This romantic cabin located on our small farm just outside of town in the country offers a history all its own. Lo was Billy’s nickname for Lorene Ella. Lo & Billy got married in the 1950s and lived here. Renovated after meeting Lo and hearing her stories. We pay homage to the rich history of Georgetown and the Southerners that have called Lo & Billy’s Place home. Heavy on coziness & design.
