Lovely wooden holiday lodge in a beautiful scenic area on the Solway coast. This lodge has 3 bedrooms, open plan kitchen /living area, toilet and shower room, balcony, and parking for two cars. (sorry, no pets allowed) We are 10 mins walk from the tidal estuary, cockle shell beach and woodland walks , & 2min ride from Dalbeattie 7 Stanes Mountain bike trails Sadly The Anchor village pub closed in Dec25, and The Mariner won't open until summer 26. Other pubs/takeaways within 5-10min drive.

Shore Escape is a self-catering, coastal, family-run, handcrafted retreat with sea views and a stones throw from the shore line of Carsluith Bay. It is situated on the edge of the UK's first Dark Sky Park and situated on the South Coast 300 route. Lots of hill forts and 2 stone circles in the area. We're one & a half miles from the famous Samye Ling Tibetan Buddhist Centre and 20 mins away from the A7 and M74. (Also 20 minutes away from the nearest shops)! Possibly handy as a stop-over on the way to Edinburgh which is just under 2 hours away.

The Lily Pod is a self-contained holiday pod situated at our pond here at Lochhill Farm. It can sleep up to 4 people but more suited to two. The Pod has an open plan bedroom, living, dining and mini kitchen area and an enclosed shower room. Outside we have an open decking looking on to The Pond and stunning views further towards Criffel.

Kent Lodge

Kent Lodge is a new property built in the summer of 2019. The lodge is located behind a farmhouse on the Dalesway and is one of two lodges only on the property. It has stunning views over the surrounding countryside. Close to Kendal and on the edge of the Lake District National Park the property is handy for all tourist attractions.
