This is an attached apartment connected to the garage’s ours house with three exit/entrances. One is the main entry with your specific code. The second door is dead bolted from your side that leads to the garage you see in the picture. The third is dead bolted on your side and gives you access to the back yard. The security and privacy is much like a hotel room. Note we rarely meet or interact with our guests.

Be our guest in our 2 Bed/2 Bath condo located in Emerald Surf on beautiful Navarre Beach. Enjoy a Gulfside pool and boardwalk for private beach access. Each bedroom has a 32" TV and the living room has a 65” TV although we are sure you'll be too busy enjoying the amazing ocean views from the living room and balcony! This home is an entire apartment in a duplex located in a cul-de-sac. UNIT NEXT DOOR IS AVAILABLE TOO. The apartment is recently renovated, clean, and cozy. The neighborhood is very quiet and centrally located to all the local attractions. We are about 7 miles from Pensacola Beach ($1 toll bridge) and beautiful white sand. The location is great between Navarre Beach and Pensacola Beach.
