Good WiFi fully available throughout annex. TV has TNT & Sky Sports.

This is the majority of a furnished annexe (no kitchen) located in Burridge , which is half-way between Portsmouth and Southampton. About a mile away from both Swanwick Marina and Park Gate village, Swanwick train station is 15 minute walk. With it's own entrance comprising of main bedroom/sitting area, separate study area and separate shower room. There is space to park a car off the road. A convenient base to visit Winchester, Portsmouth, Southampton and The New Forest. Self check in.

We have large spacious flat with a fully equipped modern kitchen. We have private parking for 1 car and the property faces the woodlands that make for lovely strolls. Surrounded by nature reserves, a fantastic location for coastal walks, and cycling, located directly on a sustrans cycle network. Fully fitted kitchen, lounge, bathroom and two bedrooms, a king double and the second bedroom can be made up as two singles or a king double. Private outside seating area.
