The Blackhouse Boatshed is a stylish new small house boasting stunning panoramic views over the boatbuilding and sailing hamlet of Pin Mill and the famous Butt and Oyster pub. Our place is a short walk to all local amenities, e.g. Tesco's, Waitrose, good restaurant and takeaway options and a lovely wine bar. The room is self contained with a basic kitchenette, bathroom and private entrance. The private patio as well as being a place to unwind and relax, is big enough to hold bikes if you want to explore the area on 2 wheels. We are a 5 minute walk from Saxmundham train station. Close to lots of lovely places to visit, and only 15 minutes to the closest beach.

Bramble Cottage is a semi-detached brick house with two bedrooms situated next to a glamping site with a café and small shop but has it's own driveway, enclosed garden and patio with a wood burning hot tub and gas BBQ. There is a cosy sitting room with large TV, fully equipped kitchen with dining table and cloakroom with washer/dryer. It overlooks woodland and water in a beautiful area of Suffolk where there are great walks and cycle rides as well as a pub in walking distance.
