A spacious house of high standards, and beautiful architectural details. Two main floors consisting of entrance halls, living rooms, large kitchen, library, and multiple bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The house is ideal for one or two families. A large beautiful well-kept garden with fruit trees, berries, and herbs. Several sitting and lounging areas, and a big trampoline for the children. Two main floors of the house plus the attic and the basement where the laundry room is. We will be available on the phone and via the Airbnb App. The villa is situated in Stocksund, a beautiful, quiet neighborhood just minutes from Stockholm city center. It’s surrounded by water and nature; small swimming lakes, golf courses, jogging tracks and woods. The Mall of Scandinavia is nearby. The house is a 25 minutes drive from Stockholm Arlanda Airport. You can easily catch a train or the subway into the City, they are both located less than 10 minutes walk from our house. The subway will take you into the city center in 15 minutes. From the house you can walk to the sea for a swim or take a bike tour in the surroundings. There is an alarm system in the house for your protection that will have to be operated coming to and leaving the house.

The roomy, color-filled interior is typically Scandinavian. Luxurious and cosy villa just 6 km north of Copenhagen center. 300 meters from a forest and 600 meters to a nice beach. The house is decorated in a nice and typical Scandinavian light way with a great garden to it. There you'll find trampoline, playhouse and other childrenfriendly facilities. And of course a hammock, grill and laid back facilities for the adults. We have two friendly cats. The area is very safe and the most exclusive in CPH. You can take both bus and train to the center. They leave close by. Grocery, café, restaurant etc are very close by as well. The house is 180 squaremeters. This luxurious villa is just 6 kilometers north of the center of Copenhagen and 600 meters to an attractive beach. Forest walks start closer still. Stores, cafes, and restaurants are nearby, while trains and buses for the city are within easy reach. Free parking in front of the house. Bus and trains nearby.
