Our summer house overlooking the picturesque harbor of Piso Livadi, with uninterrupted seaview. Complete with two bedrooms and the bathroom on the first floor, as well as the main sitting area, the kitchen and the second bathroom on the ground floor. 300m from the harbor, where you will find small markets, restaurants, small bars and all day coffee shops. 300m as well from Logaras beach, which is ideal for swimming, complete with beach bars and restaurants as well. Villa Caterina is one house 50 m2 with spectacular view. It can accommodate 4 to 6 people. Entering by its private entrance to the enormous terrace of the villa that you enjoy your lunch/dinner by watching sunsets and sunrises. It is fully equipped has a spacious living room / sitting area that also has 2 single beds, a new kitchen with all appliances feels like home. There is also Master bedroom and a bathroom.
