Mini fridge, microwave, spacious patio & fenced yard right outside the door. There is NO KITCHEN. Dogs welcome with pre approval. $25.00 dog fee per stay. Due to extreme allergies cats are not allowed.

Welcome to our newly built, family friendly, fully stocked home with a new 7 person hot tub . The home is located on a quiet, street in upper Seaside. There is on site parking as well as large two car garage with washer and dryer. While staying at the home you have access to pingpong, games, toys, WIFI, and cable t.v. in every room! Also, if you have little ones a few houses down from the property, there’s a small little park. Truly home away from home!

There is a BBQ along with a firepit and outdoor furniture for your comfort. Once inside you can enjoy an equally comfortable and inviting space. You can relax in the cozy furniture in front of the gas fireplace. There is an updated kitchen and restrooms and of course its all very clean! We hope you enjoy your stay.
