Experience sunrise on the river and sunset on the beach! Our cozy, dog-friendly tiny home was recently renovated & perfect for a couple or small family. We are about 5 blocks from the beach, 4 blocks from Broadway and directly across from the Necanicum River. After a fun beach day, our 440sq foot space is a perfect spot to cozy up and relax. In the bedroom you will enjoy sleeping on our luxury queen mattress or maybe you’ll fall asleep in front of the fire on our queen memory foam sleeper sofa.

Soapstone Woodland River Retreat

Private & Secluded! This famous river & writing retreat, built based on nature's Fibonacci Sequence, was designed by architect Will Martin. It's hosted writers such as Cheryl Strayed, author of "Wild". Located on 22 acres & privately situated on a beautiful river in the midst of a true PNW woodland. Enjoy your own private trails, salmon spawning in the fall & early winter, and the sounds of nature. Adults & kids will love the "writer's cube" perched at the top of the house. The PNW at its best!

The Sweetheart Cottage, Dreamy Stay Steps to Beach

Explore Seaside from our charming cottage, situated at the northern end of the iconic Seaside Promenade. This prime location offers you a tranquil retreat just steps from a quiet stretch of beach. A short stroll down the Promenade leads you to the heart of town, where you can enjoy a variety of restaurants and enjoy local attractions. Ideal for families and couples alike, the cottage boasts stylish, cozy interiors, comfortable beds with luxurious Brooklinen sheets, and an inviting fireplace.

Surfline Loft, A-Frame Cabin in Netarts

Our surf style cabin may be small, but the large windows with views of the bay, ocean and coastal forests allow for lots of light to flood the space. Just a short walk to the beach, shops and near some of Northern Oregon’s best surf breaks. Enjoy foggy mornings in the hot tub, adventure during the day and spend sunsets by the fire pit or on our large deck. The Scottage by the sea steps away from the beach!

This quaint home is located on a large fenced in lot just 1 block from the beach with off-street parking. The detached garage includes supplies for crabbing, clamming, biking, roller blading, sand toys, skim boards, wood & firepit, kites, and a ping pong table. Our little beach house was built in 1924 and has been in the Scott family for over 50 years. We allow up to 2 dogs and there is a $50 extra cleaning for them. If not bringing dogs, the $50 extra fee will be credited back to you.

Otter Cottage

Otter Cottage offers the perfect combination of location and charm. This cozy and light filled space is modern and kitschy. Two blocks from Broadway, three blocks from the historic Promenade and ocean, and the Necanicum River flows through the backyard. The river is ideal for kayaking, birding and taking in the mountain views. With such incredible walkability you never have to drive once you settle in at Otter Cottage. If you decide to venture out, there are many options for exploring.

Situated on the estuary, white-water views and wonderful wildlife abounds on the mouth of the ocean. Away from the busy center. The beach, Broadway, promenade, and Convention Center are all just down the street. My home is big enough for small families, but cozy enough for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. No pets or service animals.
