Clean, comfortable and cute for those looking for a comfy place to get away from it all. Carmen’s Cabin was built by my daughter Carmen and her father in 2005. Open, bright, clean and cozy, this beautiful and efficient cabin is found in a wonderfully pleasant and family friendly neighborhood. It was situated on site to take maximum advantage of the stunning views of Kachemak Bay and the Grewingk Glacier. This is a no-pet listing, just right for one or two people. We would love to host you!

Rustic Country Home with Alpine View

Treat yourselves to a rustic country home with a spectacular alpine view. Decorated with a unique country style, this 3BR, 1.5 bathroom, can comfortably house a party of 10. Full kitchen with all cooking supplies. Coffee and tea provided. Lots of beds so fishing buddies don't have to snuggle! All beds are upstairs. The stairs are a bit steeper than normal, so please look at the pictures before booking to ensure they are appropriate for your group. Only a 10 minute drive from downtown Homer.

The Lookout Apartment . This place is a little slice of Heaven it has sweeping views of outer Kachemak Bay and Kenai Mnts. and 3 major Volcanoes across Cook Inlet. It can accommodate up to 4 -6 singles or 2 couples and is close to Down town and the Harbor, 5 minute drive to town or 15 minute drive "honestly" to the Homer Spit and Harbor. Welcome to our handcrafted home! We are away fishing and welcome you to enjoy the fruits of our labor. Bask in the morning sun on our spacious deck overlooking the gorgeous bay and it’s snow capped mountains. Cook your days' catch on the bbq and eat on our handmade picnic table. Finally, after your day of hiking, come soak in our hot tub and sip on some local wine while the sun sets over the mountains. Lastly, let the sound of our stream lull you to sleep in our custom artistic home!

A Homer Roundhouse W/ Mountains, Bay, Volcano View

The Homer Roundhouse is a perfect lodging choice for a couple, a small family or 4-5 adults. Located on a small road across from the beach yet hidden in town, this first class yurt is wonderful. All modern appliances and conveniences. You'll love it! We only book 3 night minimum stays on our calendar until March 1st then we open our calendar up to fewer days. Please know that there is so much to do and see in the Homer/Kachemak Bay area that 3 nights should always be the preference.

High Bluff Guest Cottage

Small, sunny cottage is comfortable and self contained. It consists of a spacious entry way, a living room with kitchen corner, and a bed/bath room that features a built-in double bed and large shower. Open interior layout (no doors). Sleeps 2. High speed WiFi. I allow pets on approval. Please ask to bring them, including specific information about your pet, and agree to the cottage pet rules (see 'House Rules' section) with your reservation request. Thank you.

Surf Shack on Hesketh Island

Sleep to the sound of the sea! The Surf Shack on Hesketh Island is perfect for a small family or a couple and is glamping at its finest. It sits in the trees, 30 feet from the beach, overlooking the water and Yukon Island. This is a remote island property and can only be accessed by boat. We provide water taxi transport with True North Kayak Adventures. Pricing is $85/adult and $75/12 and under, round trip. Kayak and SUP trips are also available as well as rentals.

The Cowboy Cabin

This simple, charming cabin sits atop a green (or white or brown) pasture overlooking Kachemak Bay and two spoiled horses. It has a quiet “out of town” feel, yet, the Spit and downtown homer are only an 8-12 minute drive away. You might find fresh eggs from our hens in the refrigerator if they are producing well! It includes one comfy queen bed, full bathroom with laundry, and a small but capable kitchen. Longer stays here are economical and comftorable.

It is close to restaurants, bakeries, and coffee shops, but most importantly, it's only a 5-minute walk to the beach. Our studio comfortably accommodates 2, up to 3 max. *Our vanity area has been updated. The toaster oven is no longer available.*
