This studio apt is for ONE (1) GUEST ONLY with off-street parking, easy access to a Zen-like patio, & gas grill. We are 5 mins to Lucy Pk, 10 mins from downtown or MSU, & 10 mins to SAFB. A quiet & serene, safe retreat perfect for shaded walking, running, or biking. Your guests are welcome, however, they are not allowed to stay overnight. Please, no exceptions made without penalty.

One guest only at all times, please do not send inquiries or reservations for more. Be sure to read and follow the house rules for all policies.

Remember those family vacations you took as a kid? Think back to when times were simple and your greatest adventure involved a swimsuit and fishing pole. Come make those same memories with your family. Nestled in a quiet cove on Lake Graham, our little red cabin has everything you need - sleeping for 5, a fully stocked kitchen, kayaks, games, and a dock begging you to catch fish or race down the slide. Visit during cool weather to enjoy family and s'mores at the firepit.

Comfortable Guest House

Welcome to a comfortable guest house that is just a few miles from I-44, United Regional and Kell West Regional Hospitals, Sheppard AFB, and downtown Wichita Falls and MPEC. The guest house sleeps up to 4 persons: queen bed (with memory foam mattress) and a daybed/couch that converts to one or two twin beds (one is a trundle), both memory foam mattresses. Pets are welcome, but they need to be house trained and kept quiet, and there is a small pet fee.

This 2 bedroom/1 bathroom cozy cottage style home is perfect for weekend getaways, hunting trips and family reunions! Completely remodeled with new recessed lighting, paint, floors refinished, and all new decor. It will be sure to make you feel right at home! Master bedroom has a fold-away-bed in the closet with bedding. Complete kitchen with cookware and dining ware, along with Keurig coffee pot and k-cups! Big back yard.

This family friendly home was built in 1912, renovated in 2023, and has two magnificent longhorn steers out back! With a full kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and 2 baths, you will have all the space you need to relax.

Welcome to Oklaunion, Texas, population 138! Our Friends and Family apartment is conveniently located right off of Highway 287. There is zero hustle and bustle here, just the silence of 5 acres of wide open spaces, windmills turning, and some baa'ing of the neighbors sheep. Access to fast food or some really great restaurants are only 10 minutes away though so it's the best of both worlds!
