Welcome to our private, cozy suite, Country Star. A sunny walkout basement apartment with patio and easy parking next to entrance makes coming and going a breeze. Country Star features a kitchenette, with table and chairs, one bedroom with queen bed and closet, and a full bath/shower. It provides comfortable space for two, with extra space for a pack-n-play or fold out lounge chair/bed for a third person. (See note in 'other'). Our space offers convenience and comfort, with self check-in.

The private entrance is down a stone-stepped path. Perfect for 2 w/ the queen bed but room for 3 w/ the living room futon. Fully equipped kitchen. A private apartment in the hills of Nelson County is located in an addition to the owner's rustic home. The property is surrounded by forest and stream with a mountain view. The Blue Ridge Mountains, the James River, Wintergreen, Infinity Downs , and Charlottesville are all within easy driving distance. A great rural location, perfect for nature lovers and birdwatchers. The owners are a resource for information on the area and can provide recommendations on attractions and activities.

Stay in the masterfully crafted Lemuel Chenoweth homestead along the rippling Tygart river. Built in 1857, this 2nd floor suite offers antiques furnishings, a private entrance, master bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, and mud room. It has a queen bed, dresser, large porch with views of the river, a clawfoot tub with shower, sink, toilet, and a well stocked farmhouse kitchenette with a double induction cook top, sink , fridge and more.
