Owners occupy a separate basement apartment. Single group rental includes shared deck space and laundry access and by request at extra charge additional sleeping space.

The 700 sq ft space features a king bedroom and a Murphy bed in the great room, plus a private patio with BBQ. We’re near the interstate, easy access, though some road noise is possible.
