Located in Historic Mariposa, just a quick walk to downtown. Enclosed, private space with hot tub. This space offers 1 BR w/a king size bed, small closet, and double doors leading into a lovely, living space with a dining set, kitchen, living room w/electric fireplace, smart TV(where you can sign into your apps), DVD player, full bathroom, & washer/dryer.

This is a beautiful 1500 s.f. Bungalow on the Sierra hill side overlooking the San Juaquin Valley. Very peaceful, very serene, and very private. Given the open concept design - there is not a lot of privacy between bedrooms, just a big bookcase room divider b/w the rooms. There are a few sitting area's outside and a green roof too! And EV charging.

The best part about the house is the gorgeous views of the ocean & Morro Rock from the kitchen & patio! The beach is a short 5-minute drive away. Our home comfortably accommodates 4 adults and up to 2 children. Great for a short or week-long stay, our home has a fully-stocked kitchen, quality furniture & tasteful nautical decor. Nymph Studio & Gardens

This is an autonomous studio with private bathroom, but the only shower is outside. This is a small room with a partitioned off toilet and curtain. The shower is an enclosed surfer's shower with curtain outside behind the studio. The hot water has to travel a distance from our heater, so turn on the hot first & wait till it arrives. Also, you will find a red tub next to the shower, please catch the water in it while you are waiting for the hot water to arrive so we can pour it on the garden.
