Sitting approximately 1/2 mile from the banks of the river on 400+ acres of private property, this beautiful property is perfect for hiking, fishing, viewing wildlife, or just relaxing around the outdoor firepit. Reconnect with nature, and hike or drive down through our property to access the river or fish from our nearby ponds.

Welcome to Pedal and Perch, a custom-designed and built accessory dwelling cabin just minutes from downtown Bentonville, AR, Walmart HQ, and miles of incredible mountain biking.
