The Cricket- An amazing Tiny House!

The Cricket is a rustic historic cabin in a small neighborhood on Spring Street along side the rushing Clear Creek and nestled among an Aspen grove. The Cricket was built in 1920 and is 360 sq. feet. We have just completed renovations on the Cricket including a new bathroom, interior and exterior painting and extensive yard work. We think you will find our home a peaceful refuge!

Cute studio with everything you need. The bed is a murphy bed, very comfortable. Comfy couch with ottoman. Kitchenette, bathroom. This property is very simple. Close to trails to trails and the town of Winter Park and Fraser. You might even see some wild life! Leave your worries behind and get in the zone! Come stay at this perfect getaway at 10,500 ft above sea level. All Wheel Drive/4x4 is HIGHLY recommended in winter months. Bottom unit is also an Air BnB.
