Welcome to beautiful WV! Our cottage is secluded, easy to get to, overlooks fields and a lovely pond. There are trails and fishing on the property, and views in all directions. The cottage is fully air conditioned, clean, has WiFi and is located 8 min. from I-64 and 10 min. from both White Sulphur Springs (the Greenbrier) and Lewisburg, WV (“Coolest Small Town” winner). We love hosting guests on our farm, in our cozy cottage with beauty, peace and quiet, trails, fishing, and mountain air.

Triple Crown Cabin w/ Trout pond!

Amazing handcrafted cabin located in the center of the "Roanoke Triple Crown" (McAfee's Knob, tinker cliffs and dragons tooth trails) just minutes from each trail head. Cabin is tucked away from everything. No other houses can be seen from the cabin. The cabin overlooks a beautiful pond with a small waterfall cascading in. Cabin was sustainability built with trees from the 20 acres it sits on. McAfee's Knob trailhead is 10 minutes away, Andy Layne trailhead to tinker cliffs is 9 minutes away.

The Magical Cabin on Back Creek

Magic is the word most people use when they visit this hidden gem. Built in 1939 as a fishing cabin by a gentleman who incorporated box cars as rafters and beams, dates still visible since removing the attic. By far the best place I've ever lived. I decided to share it with others who love to explore, who love listening to the voice of the creek or who come just to sit on the porch high above the creek with a spouse, friend, family, or alone. Enjoy a spectacular pastoral farm setting while staying in this cozy, ecclectically farmhouse funky cottage with amazing sunsets! Available for 1-3 people, Harry and his wife had 12 children (eeks!). The main bedroom has a comfy queen size bed. Enjoy an inviting living room, cotton linens, complete kitchen with coffee maker, toaster oven, and microwave.

The Hunker Inn

Take a peaceful detour to the Hunker Inn and find a retro retreat in an old historic building. The Hunker Inn is a one bedroom, one bathroom apartment attached to The Hunkerdown, a family friendly coffee shop in a historic general store. It is the perfect location for cyclists with many scenic routes just outside the doors. It is also within a few miles of the quaint historic town of Union, Second Creek Fly fishing, the Greenbrier River, and Moncove Lake.

Built for $500.00 dollars "back-in-the-day," the Earlehurst Cottage was inhabited by The Carters, a humble, cute old country couple. Here, they raised two daughters. Today, the house is tastefully appointed where expected - & comfortable to modern standards - yet, it has been left as charming, rustic & cozy as it had always been: with elements of the original decor, windows, plaster walls, etc., being preserved. Pets stay for free!

Bluebird Skoolie On The Farm

Please read the entire listing before booking*  Glamping on the farm. Enjoy staying in a converted school bus converted into a tiny home:A Skoolie. The Skoolie is about 320 square feet. A short walk around the farm takes you to see beautiful sunsets and sunrises. After dark enjoy the campfire and roast marshmallows and on clear nights enjoy the stars. On some summer nights enjoy fireflies sparkling in the pastures.

This is Cookie Top Mountain Chalet. We wanted to create a place where not only families, but also their fur babies could enjoy, although we do have a 2 dog maximum.
