Its a modern renovated apartment, fully equipped, with brand new furniture as well as kitchen appliances, waiting for kind guests. Also, It has a small back yard where you can relax and enjoy your coffee and maybe a cigarette among the plants. The neighbourhood is very quite and it literally 5 minute walk to center. It is also located in a quiet neighbourhood away from the main street, with free parking in front of the house. Kavala town is 8km away and there's a mini market nearby as well as a few tavernas.

You can relax in a place surrounded by plants, at a close distance (5-10 minutes by feet) from the centre of Kavala. You can also enjoy your cofee or meal on the nice and cosy porch of a garden with aview of the sea. Do not think about parking your car because you have an individual closed garage.The garage is 4.80 meters long and the garage door is 2.75 meters wide and 1.76 meters high.
