Tiddabinda-Relish Peace and Nature at Spacious Bayside Nest
Fully self-contained 2 brm home in bayside Brisbane. Tiddabinda (sister's sitdown) is a contemporary urban Aboriginal styled 2 bedroom totally self-contained home of comfort and modern convenience. With its own front entrance, fully fenced front garden, lounge with excellent entertainment options, a modern full sized kitchen, large bathroom, full sized wardrobes it is home to you. You have your own entrance, full sized lounge, fully functional kitchen (full sized refrigerator, oven, stovetop), a huge bathroom and two bedrooms (both with queen sized beds) with family sized wardrobes. All mod cons are included such as Foxtel, Telstra TV, Google Home and unlimited NBN high speed internet (wifi). This “smart” home is environmentally friendly, uses only non-toxic products and is equipped with two air conditioners and ceiling fans everywhere which ensures your comfort at any time of year. The whole house has filtered water which is delicious to drink. All cleaning products are provided free of charge as this is my home and I prefer to keep it as non-toxic as possible. Smoking area is restricted to the front verandah only. Thank you for respecting this matter. Guests have access to the large covered patio and pool outdoor area – ideal to sip coffee in the morning watching the sun come up while listening to the beautiful sounds of native birds greeting the day or to relax to the waterfall sounds in the evening sipping on some local wine from Sirromet Winery just up the road. You will have full privacy during your stay but I am on hand should you need help or advice with anything. I live in the back half of the home with my own entrance. You may see me coming and going and you will always get a friendly wave. I respect your privacy but if you feel like a chat over a coffee or wine, I am always up for conversation and swapping yarns. I love to find out about other people’s cultures and very willing to share mine. The apartment is located in a quiet neighbourhood with plenty of open green space, walking tracks, and lots of wildlife. Major shopping centres and an entertainment precinct are within easy walking distance, only 7 mins to Sleeman’s Sport Complex and Belmont Shooting Range, 10 mins to Sirromet Winery, 20 mins to airport, 15mins to Cleveland (ferry to Stradbroke Island (Minjerribah) and 35 mins from Brisbane CBD. Walking distance to public transport, local bush walking tracks. Most people use private cars but both taxis and uber are readily available. If you require a rental car, there is a spare car on the property. Located in Capalaba, we are 7 mins from Chandler (home of the Sleeman Sports Complex and the Belmont Shooting Range) with simple public transport to those locations. Walking distance is the Capalaba Entertainment Precinct with two shopping centres, restaurants and cinemas as well as a major bus interchange providing public transport around Brisbane (45 minutes to the CBD of Brisbane). Sirromet Winery (hosting Day on the Green events) is 12 minutes up the road, the ferry to various Moreton Bay Islands is 17 mins down the road, the airport is 20 minutes away, and only 50 minutes to the Carrara Stadium on the Gold Coast. Dreamworld, MovieWorld, Wet n Wild, Outback Spectacular and Seaworld are all well less than an hours drive away. There is one step into the house but all one level once inside. Rooms are family home size. The front yard is fenced and your well- behaved furbabies are welcomed once approved (please advise ahead of time). The home is located in a quiet neighbourhood with plenty of open green space, walking tracks, and lots of wildlife. 180 degree views home in Springwood
This home speaks of the unique style about the architecturally built Springwood homes of the 1980's, such as high ceiling living room, exposed brick and beautiful timber ceiling details alongside the fresh whites of the kitchen. Enjoy 180 degree views from the corridor-style balcony. The distant mountains, clouds, stars and sunsets change every day. A large variety of birds also visit the property often with their melodies. In addition, the swimming pool is also very private and comfortable.

Charming Cottage central location
The home is privately positioned at the end of a shared driveway in Tanah Merah. There is parking in an adjacent car port with flat ramp access onto the verandah. The accommodation is at the top of a half acre property and the land slopes down to our house which is on the bottom half of the block. Behind us is Murrays reserve bushland. Home to a variety of birdlife and some local wallabies. The front verandah catches nice afternoon breezes. Lounge, TV room and main bedroom are air-conditioned

One bedroom, two-story house in a quiet and leafy street in the centre of New Farm. Walking distance to James Street in New Farm/Fortitude Valley, restaurants, bars, cafes, nightlife and much more. Entire house on a 240 square metre block in the centre of New Farm. This home is a great option for longer stays, with full kitchen, laundry and plenty of outdoor space and space to relax and spread out. Air conditioning now in the bedroom downstairs and the upstairs living room.
