Constructed in the mid 1800’s, the Lazy 8 was remodeled in 1973. The core was renovated and wings were added onto both sides. We are approximately 15 minutes from Bucknell or Susquehanna University. Knoebel's, Penn State and the Little League World Series are also close! Easy access for kayaking!

Our breezeway gives you a great view of the Cocolamus dam, farming fields and a passing by amish horse and buggy. There is also access to the garage where there are extra fishing poles, yard games and bicycles to use during your stay.

You won't want to miss this unique spot surrounded by woods and a beautiful view of the mountains, enjoyable from both the outside deck or inside the 25-foot Great Room. This special house was created in 2005 by a man who relocated here from Long Island, NY. It is far from your typical farm house in Snyder County, but with all the same great views and privacy.
