The Black House - colorful style and garden

Welcome to The Black House. A charming wooden house built in 1928 with a terrass facing the south and a spacious garden. Balcony facing the north side. One master bedroom and two smaller bedrooms. Living room with a real fireplace, fully equipped kitchen. 1.5 bathrooms. The house is my private home which means it has personal items but plenty of space for storage. ABBA recorded a version of "Waterloo" in 1973 in the old studio downstairs. The studio is now a separate apartment with tenants.

The house is surrounded by a lovely garden where you’ll find plenty of fruits and berries to pick during the season. Relax in the outdoor hot tub, heated to around 38°C year-round. You enter the apartment, on upper floor, from an communal stair house. From the balcony you have nice views of a landscaped garden and a nice residential area. Along the Edsviken bay area you find beaches and recreation areas.. My place is good for couples, business travelers, and families (with kids).
