There are 80 miles of trails available, for all different levels of mountain biking. The narrow gauge trail is a short ride from the condo. Plenty of room to spread out in the condo with a game room downstairs (ping pong tourney anyone?). Two fireplaces, cozy seating, games and a hot tub to recover after a day of adventure.

Ski in/out of our Snowbrook condo right on Sugarloaf Mountain. Cross Country Ski to the groomed trails right outside the unit. Ski all day on a nationally ranked mountain and then enjoy the active night life with live music playing at several venues on the mountain. Trails for hiking and mountain biking are right behind the condo for the summer/fall.
