La acogedora casa de madera, cuidadosamente renovada, está en compañía con otras 4 casas en una ubicación suave y montañosa. A unos 500 metros de distancia se encuentra un pequeño pueblo de vacaciones con unas 25 casas, 500 metros en la otra dirección es un camping, donde se puede pedir por la mañana pan fresco. La amplia playa natural está a unos 200 metros. En el Cinturón Pequeño se puede nadar y pescar muy bien. Hay una grada para botes en el camping. La propiedad está completamente vallada.
