Charming 300 sq ft guesthouse is newly constructed and beautifully designed with a cozy and casual style. Set in a well manicured yard with a private entrance. It is freestanding and shares a wall to a second Airbnb listing. Central to all things to do in LA and a short drive to DTLA, LAX, Universal Studios, Disneyland and beaches. I kept the color palate neutral, casual yet chic to really maximize the space. It is amazingly peaceful, comforting and just lovely. The perfect home away from home!

Clean sheets and towels await you after a tiring day of seeing the big city. Central to all freeways (110/10/105.) It is a great place for a family, weekend getaway, or a company trip. Pots and utensils included Tv/ Roku, Fridge, stove ,towels, coffee maker, toaster, and more. We created a smoke free. Parking included.

Adorable Hillside Cabin

Charming detached, private, Guest Cabin available in Boyle Heights/City Terrace/near freeways. It's 7 minutes to the Arts District in DTLA, and adjacent to USC Medical Ctr and Cal State LA. This is an autonomous space on a large hillside property. Wifi and cable! The cabin is already sparkling clean, but in addition I will adhere strictly to the sanitizing and safety guidelines provided by Airbnb and the CDC.
