This very spacious barn conversion is the perfect place to meet family & friends, to relax and “re-connect”. The large fully equipped open plan kitchen and dining room join into the light and comfortable lounge to form the perfect social space plus there's a games room with full size table tennis! Extensive outside patios & gardens provide stunning views over the Severn Vale and wonderful sunsets. Three of the four bedrooms are on the ground floor; all have private en-suites with shower or bath.

A private, cosy pod nestled right on the edge of the cotswold way, perfectly situated for taking long walks and having dinner at an abundance of welcoming country pubs, before returning to relax in the hot tub to star gaze with a bottle of bubbly. The pod is an idyllic bolthole to escape the rat race, cosy up and read a book with a fresh coffee, cook sausages and toast Marshmallows on the fire in our undercover seating area or go and explore historic neighbouring villages and the city of Bath.

The Loft, St Catherine Stays, Bath.

A beautiful, private self-catering studio apartment set in sought after luscious green, exclusive and wild destination of St Catherine, just 20 minutes from World Heritage site city of Bath. Guests have exclusive use of private hot tub for en extra cost please see details below. There is a pet fee of £20 per pet. In summer months guests can hire fire bowl/barbecue and logs, for £20. The old coach house is a cosy traditional cottage with modern features. The detached house has king and double size beds, two optional single day beds are available upon request with an extra charge. This newly refurbished annexe is perfect for those visiting "The Wave", wanting to cycle on the numerous quiet country roads or simply walk to one of the many excellent village pubs that can be accessed via great countryside walks. 2 minute drive from Old Down Country park, 30 minute drive to Bristol city centre and Forest of Dean. Nearest pub is just across the road plus others within a short walk.

New Barn is located in the yard of our family farm, we are conveniently located between Bath and Bristol, 5 minutes from the M4, junction 18. Work space with WiFi. We are in a very handy location for those of you visiting the Badminton horse trials. Renovations have been carried out with love and care by master builders, it has all of the modern comforts you would expect from a hotel suite but retains the rustic charm of a Cotswold Stone barn with vaulted ceilings and exposed oak beams.

Perfect for a couple getaway or a business trip in a tranquil environment within 5 minutes access to country pubs.

The Garden Room

Surrounded by beautiful countryside the Garden Room was converted in 2017 into a cosy, away from it all, self-contained annex. We live next to the property separated by a patio. There is an undercover seating area with a small garden in front. There are three public footpaths crossing the property which enables you to reach the banks of the River Severn without using the road and is also situated on the Gloucester to Bristol National Cycle Route number 41.
