A unique home by the sea. A peaceful and private country road leads to this secluded cottage. The hot tub has views down scapa flow. The famous St Magus Way is accessible from this property . There is direct access to the sea for paddle boarding, wind surfing or sailing in the bay. Return to the cottage to an open fire. The extensive grounds also allow for simple walks or yoga. The cottage retains some of it's 19th century charm but has been renovated to be a practical and comfortable home.

Constructed in 2021 it has been purpose built to the highest modern standards. Conveniently situated, Skeir a Lidda is easy to get to and is a perfect base from which to explore the islands. Stone Cottage situated on the Southern Tip of Orkney and located in a rural location and only 80 metres from the sea. It is a former croft with the original 100+ year old fireplace but with a modern interior. There is an open plan kitchen, dining and living room, double bedroom and shower room. It has a small garden and outdoor double seat. Parking is close to the property. You can walk along the coast where there is also a sandy beach. No pets permitted.
