A private bathroom with shower is for your exclusive use. We will prepare and serve your breakfast downstairs in our dining room (or possibly in the garden). Free on street parking is available, and we can store bicycles safely on our property. We are Airbnb guests ourselves, and enjoy meeting new people.

A warm welcome awaits you at our family sized home. We have a beautiful king-size room with an en suite bathroom. When you arrive, there will be milk and fruit in your private mini-fridge. Breakfast (cereal, toast, fruit, croissants etc) is taken in the kitchen or in your room. The Univ campus at Highfield is a delightful 15 min walk along the edge of the beautiful Common. Arrival time is 5pm onwards. If you need to arrive earlier, do ask. I will try to help if I can.
