A paved walking path is just a few steps from the front door with quick access to the local marina. Downtown St Cloud is minutes away where you can enjoy local eats, drinks, shopping and other amenities! 30 minutes from Disney, an hour to the beaches.

There are supermarkets and dining (both formal and informal) nearby. We have a Super Target and a Costco within 2 mile radius. Everything you could possibly need really is close at hand.

It is conveniently located 15 minutes from the Orlando International Airport; 12 minutes from Gatorland, 25 from Walt Disney World, Universal Studios; and 1 hour from Kennedy Space Center and Cocoa Beach. USTA campus 20 minute drive via 417. Eateries, grocery stores, and pharmacies are within a 5 minute drive. 1 room is used for storage (not shown)
