There are ocean views from every room, a huge backyard, pool, jacuzzi, fire pit, outdoor hot shower, modern amenities - this house has it all and is the perfect haven! Long-term lease and discounts are an option, especially for anyone affected by the fires.

In January of this year, wildfires burned about 12 houses immediately south of our house. While Malibu is in a period of rebuilding, there are some inconveniences as a result, such as slower traffic on PCH and trucks in the vicinity. Check tide charts for your dates so you know when low tide is. Our beach is accessible at low tide.
