This beautiful, cozy place is perfect for a little getaway for the whole year round. Walk to the restaurants, coffee shops, gift shops, putt putt golf, ice skating and one minute from the all important grocery store. Sharc passes too. Walk home from the Medal winning Sunriver Brewery. This place is in the perfect location.

Cozy, updated condo located steps from the Sunriver Village. Walk out the front door and you'll find fresh coffee, pastries, beer, groceries, ice skating or mini golf (depending on the season), and everything else the village has to offer! The walking/bike trail is behind the home, which leads you all around Sunriver, including to lodge, Nature Center, Fort Rock Park, Stables, Marina, or SHARC (a pool/hot tub), which is also only a 2 minute drive. As of June 2025 we also have new AC and heat!

Our condo is 2 bedroom, 2 bath, 1272 sq ft. We have a "No Pet", "No Children" Policy. The reason is that the condo is best suited for adults only, and some of our guests have pet allergies. Just one block from Old Town Florence. Condo has a deck with gas BBQ. There is a 46" TV, DVD , Roku and free WIFI. Master bedroom has a King Bed, large walk-in shower. The Guest room has a Queen bed. We also offer discounts for guests staying weekly (7+nights) or monthly (28+ nights)

Private Condo Above Spinner's Restaurant-Oceanview

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Sitting right above Spinners Restaurant, you will have easy access to everything in and around the town. Apartment includes new appliances, washer and dryer, Internet TV, and a private workspace. Spinners Restaurant is open Thursday-Monday 4:30 pm to 8:30 pm. Please note that the rental is not associated with the ownership of the restaurant. Noise can be elevated during business hours and during cleaning.
