Wir vermieten eine gemütliche 95m2 große Ferienwohnung für bis zu 4 Personen in der Nähe des Klopeinersees. Lassen Sie sich durch die schlichte Eleganz, modernes Design und zeitgemässen Komfort inspirieren. Die Wohnung ist im Obergeschoss unseres Hauses. Unsere Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Gegend von Familienhäusern deshalb ersuchen wir unsere Gäste das die Nächtligen Ruhezeiten eingehalten werden. Die beiden Schlafzimmer sind mit Doppelbetten eingerichtet. Bettwäsche ist vorhanden. Gemütliches Wohnzimmer ist mit TV und Bettcouch für 2 Personen ausgestattet. Die Wohnung verfügt über 2 Balkone mit Tisch,Stühlen und Kräuterbeet in der Saison. Die Küche und der Essbereich sind mit Cerankochfeld, Backofen, Geschirrspüller, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Kaffeemaschine (Kapseln), Wasserkocher, Toaster, Geschirrtücher und selbstverständlich ausreichend Geschirr, Pfannen und Töpfe ausgestattet. Das komfortable Badezimmer verfügt über einen Waschtisch, eine Dusche und eine Badewanne sowie ein separates WC. Handtücher, Fön und Handtuchtrockner sind vorhanden. Die Ferienwohnung ist kinderfreundlich (Bett, Besteck, Teller, Hochstuhl, Spieleecke und Spielplatz). Orts und Nächtigunstaxe ist vor Ort zum bezahlen. Wir sind für Sie jederzeit erreichbar. Liebevoll gestaltete Altbauwohnung in Seenähe

In einem mittelalterlichen Haus in der Altstadt von Völkermarkt liegt die Wohnung im 2. Stock mit Blick über die Dächer, den Hauptplatz und in den grünen Innenhof. Die alten Gemäuer und die wunderschönen Holzbauteile wurden liebevoll restauriert. Um den historischen Charakter zu erhalten haben wir natürliche Baumaterialien verwendet. Besonders sind die Gewölbedecken und die romantischen Holztreppen. Die niedrigen Türen sowie die unebenen Wände und Böden geben der Wohnung den besonderen Charme.

Wir sind eine große Familie und haben unser 50qm Gartenapartment so praktisch wie möglich und mit viel Liebe fürs Detail und Design ausgestattet. Direkt an der Seepromenade bietet die Wohnung Platz für 4-6 Personen Die vielen Strandbäder nur wenige Minuten entfernt laden zum Schwimmen im See ein - alles was ihr für einen gelungen Urlaub in Kärnten braucht.
