You’ll love our secluded large private wooded estate, with endless wildlife, flora and fauna and several short nature trails. All seasons are enjoyed on our estate and full of nature.

One of a kind house situated on the Dardenne Creek Blueway and 1,000 feet from St. Charles County's Riverside Landing on the Mississippi River. It’s the perfect place to watch Eagles in the winter, and enjoy water activities in the summer. Great spot for fishing, canoeing/kayaking and includes a boat ramp on the property with plenty of parking. Beach area with sand for kids. Kayak provided. The house is uniquely lifted in the air. So walking stairs is required.
