The apartment is 120 sqm (1290sqf). Two bedrooms and one big living room which includes the kitchen. There are two apartments in the house. This apartment is on the bottom floor. Both are used as AirBnB apartments. Seperate entrances. Both have their own kitchen with everything necessary like coffee machine, waterboiler, fridge and dishwasher. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Welcome to a historical beach house on the shore of Väddö canal! We are renting out the upper half of it - the spacious upper floor with a private entrance. The story of this beautiful house dates back to the 19 century when the school teachers from Stockholm used to spend their holidays here. Beautiful back yard with a sitting area facing and with access to the sea (Väddöviken). 5 km to lovely Grisslehamn with the nearest grocery store, restaurants, marina, luxury spa hotel and ferry to Åland.

Efter en härlig natt i trädgårdshuset intas frukosten på bryggan invid den stora dammen. Med en kopp nybryggt kaffe i handen ser du ut över den vackra, parkliknande tomten där det alltid finns något spännande att upptäcka. Med Mälarens glittrande vatten endast en kort promenad bort är det lätt att lockas till ett dopp vid Stockbybadet. Vi finns nära storstan men ändå på landet och med gångavstånd till såväl mataffär som ett härligt konditori stannar man gärna lite längre.
