The Strawberry Box - luxury eco barn conversion

The Strawberry Box is a luxuriously converted old tractor barn located on our working strawberry farm in rural Suffolk. South facing with extensive views across the rolling countryside, it is self contained and private, perfect for a quiet relaxing holiday, a romantic break or a base for exploring the rich heritage and beautiful villages around us. Darcy’s Cottage is a quiet, characterful newly-refurbished one-bedroom cottage on the edge of a wood near Assington, close to Sudbury & Dedham Vale. Assington has a village shop, café and vibrant pub, with many rural walks on the doorstep. The cottage has a snug with woodburning stove, a bathroom with walk-in shower, outdoor space and a barbecue, as well as two TVs and high-speed wifi. It is next door to Brian’s Cottage, with which it shares a communicating door if needed for family use.

The annex is a lovely relaxing place to stay. Accessed by the main front door one then enters one's own private space. Recently converted it offers a fantastic double room. It is very light and airy. Fully heated so nice and cosy. There is a television with sky and wifi, table and chairs and basin. Downstairs there is a bathroom, with heated towel rail and luxury bath with hand held shower. twin room downstairs next to the bathroom. NO ACTUAL KITCHEN!! fridge, toaster, kettle

The Stables At Sprotts Farm

Sitting in 10 acers of private grounds, Sprotts Farm is the perfect countryside getaway. The Stables is a beautifully converted barn that was completely updated in 2020. This cosy cottage sleeps four guests in a double room with a WC and a twin room. The Stables boast a large walk in shower. Looking forward to meeting you! PS: we have a pond in the main garden and our chickens are free range and wonder freely around the gardens.
