Pool & hot tub are available for additional fee of $50 per pool use in the morning 9:00 - 4:00, or in the evening 4:00 -10:00. Pool is not heated during colder months, only hot tub is.

Full of trees and wildlife. Enjoy the pool and many secret places to watch the sunset with cup of coffee or a glass of wine. If you are a golfer we are near to Canyon Springs Golf Club, Sonterra and PTC Golf Club.

Quiet Town house, TV, WiFi, table for 6, garage, self check in. Master bedroom has queen bed with trundle, private bath and walk in closet and desk. Second bedroom - 2 twin beds, + air mattress. Bathroom for this room is in the hall. Washer/dryer are upstairs. Full kitchen, coffee pot, crockpot, mixer, toaster oven, spices, etc. with dishwasher. I live 3 miles and am available if needed. Half bath downstairs.
