It’s one of very few houses in the valley, lively on summer days and quiet in the night, and an ideal base for hiking as well as culinary and cultural activities in Graz or Köflach. Located close to the Piber State Stud, it’s also just an hour drive from the Red Bull Ring. Or simply a place to relax with its private dock and two kayaks.

Das Haus am See, mein persönlicher Lebenstraum. Aber zu groß, um ihn allein zu nutzen. Abseits des Massentourismus mitten in den Bergen, direkt am See inmitten von Wäldern. Im und rund um das Haus alles sehr großzügig für Mensch und Tier. Uns persönlich sehr wichtig. Neben Grill-/Feuerplätzen, Sauna, dem eigenen Steg, Sitzsäcken und Gartenschaukeln, Ruderboot, SUP und Gartenhütte ("Villa Seen-Sucht") können unsere Gäste alles nutzen...so macht es für uns alle mehr Spaß. Ein besonderer Platz!

The holiday apartment for up to 6 people is located in the estate castle, which is in the Lavanttal between Bad St. Leonhard and Reichenfels. The wonderful property is located on a slightly elevated spot above the valley and offers an incomparable ambience. The castle is surrounded by romantic natural ponds and orchards. At „Gut Schloss Lichtengraben“ you will find a fisch shop and the "Fischeria" - open every Friday.

Der Fluss Steyrling fließt direkt unter dem Haus vorbei. Im Sommer, bei Niedrigwasser gibt es dort schöne Schotterbänke und Möglichkeiten sich zu erfrischen+ Wasserfall. Gasthaus und Dorfladen 5 min fußläufig erreichbar.

The complex has its own private lake access with a spacious sunbathing area, changing rooms, showers, and toilets. A two-person paddleboat is available for guests' use.
