Welcome to Villa Maria, our fairy tale guest house in a calm location next to the forest and with a vast garden in the village Lauterbourg in Northern Alsace, France. It's just 5 min by foot to the heart of the village with a couple of bakeries, restaurants, a grocery store and small shops, or 10 min to the beach & lake. It's only 2 min by car from Germany, and a perfect location for exploring the Rhine border region Karlsruhe-Strasbourg, or for a rest on the way when travelling across Europe.

This beautiful architect´s house is located in a quiet residential area surrounded by idyllic vineyards and some of the most beautiful paths for hiking or mountain biking start directly in front of the door. The house has a big garden with a magnificent old stock of trees and a little creek. Modern furnishings, bright rooms, an open layout, and 92 square meters of space. It sleeps 1-6 people. You can relax comfortably on a small balcony. Access is via a separate staircase. We look forward to welcoming guests who want to explore our beautiful Kraichgau region or use it as a stopover on their journey.

Es gibt einen offenen Küchen-, Ess-, Wohnbereich sowie 2 Schlafzimmer. Über eine Leitertreppe erreicht man den ausgebauten Dachboden. Das Jahrhundertwende-Anwesen mit Schafsweide und Quelle liegt vor den Mauern der historischen Feste Dilsberg und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Wir bitten um Beachtung der Nachtruhe ab 22 Uhr.

Der Luftkurort Edenkoben liegt verkehrsgünstig, verfügt über Bus und Bahn und ist nur wenige Kilometer von Neustadt a.d.W. und Landau entfernt.

So sind zwei moderne, ökologische Holzhäuser entstanden, die mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet sind. Sie liegen direkt am Waldrand und von der Terrasse genießen Sie einen weiten Blick in das Odenwälder Mittelgebirge.
