Our annex is complete with spacious double bedroom, shower room, lounge & kitchenette. The Annex is located next to the Norfolk & Suffolk Avaition Museum and The Flixton Buck Inn for great food & locally made drinks. Flixton is a small rural village, 5 minutes to the historic town of Bungay, 20 minutes to the Norfolk Broads, 30 minutes to Southwold. 20 minutes to Norwich, 40 minutes to Bury St Edmunds or Ipswich. Our central location is perfect for holidaying in Norfolk or Suffolk.

The Lodge at The Old Manse

The Lodge is situated in the heart of the town of Attleborough opposite The Mulberry Hotel and restaurant. We are within easy walking distance of all the town's amenities and train station. The accommodation is self-contained with its own entrance and outside space with table and chairs. There is a fully equipped kitchen with hob, fan oven, microwave, fridge and washing machine. All utensils, pots and pans etc are provided. We have just redecorated throughout with many new furnishings.

Bluebell Studio is perfect for a getaway. This large space is great for a relaxing stay. It is situated in the beautiful grounds of The Old Vicarage, which guests can enjoy. It is extremely well placed to visit Suffolk coastal towns and attractions such as Snape Maltings, Aldeburgh, Thorpeness, Southwold, Minsmere Bird Reserve, Rendlesham Forest & Iken Bay riding stables. A nice bottle of wine and nibbles will be waiting to welcome you (plus tea, coffee and biscuits).

Ipswich train station providing quick access to London, Norwich, Felixstowe and the Suffolk countryside is just a 15 minute walk.

The space is set up with everything you need for a relaxing holiday near the Suffolk Coast. Situated in a quiet residential close in Leiston, just a few miles from the coast, Aldeburgh, Snape Maltings, RSPB Minsmere and Southwold.
